Pinay Colada

Our version of the tropical classic. No matter where you are, this sweet and creamy Pinay Colada will set your watch to island time.

 INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. Kasama Rum
  • 1 oz. Briottet Creme de Banane
  • ¾ oz. Fresh calamansi juice (or lime juice)
  • ¾ oz. Pineapple juice
  • ½ oz. Cream of coconut
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients and swizzle with crushed ice until a frost forms on the outside of the glass.
  2. Garnish with a pineapple.
